The big room house jock has a new mix for Nervous Records.
Junior Sanchez is one of the US's most prominent big room DJ's, known mostly for his blend of pop and hook-heavy house. He's also a prolific studio artist, having produced albums for Katy Perry and done remixes for Madonna, Daft Punk, Gorillaz and New Order to name just a few. His latest mix tears through a batch of his most recent productions, including an unreleased collaboration with Green Velvet, entitled "Heavy Mental." A few friends and like-minded artists join the party as well, such as Felix Da Housecat and Armand Van Helden. Just for good measure, Butch's "No Worries" is in there as well. The mix will be Sanchez's first release on the New York label Nervous Records.
Nervous Records will release Seize The Fewcha on January 25th, 2011.

With the boys performing their only Australian show on the day (along side a 12 foot tall inflatable duck), it’s clear that 2011 is going to be the year of the Sauce.

Hardwell & Tiesto - Zero 76
After months of rumors, it is now official. The two Dutch producers Hardwell and Tiësto have combined their forces for the first time to create a dancefloor bomb; 'Zero 76', will soon be released on Tiësto's label 'Musical Freedom'. "It is unbelievable that so many people are talking about this release already. We posted a teaser on Youtube only last night! In less than 16 hours the teaser has been viewed over 100.000 times!" says Hardwell in an interview with Reviped.com.
It’s only a year ago that Hardwell got in touch with Tiësto and started this collaboration. ‘One year ago I got a message from Tiësto on Twitter that he liked my productions. He mentioned that all my tracks instantly became dancefloor bangers . That’s when I said to him we should work together on a track, so we did. Most of the producing happened while traveling, we never had time to sit down together and work on it.’

DJ Jean and Ben Saunders team up at the "Voice Of Holland" Live shows
The Voice of Holland is a Dutch reality singing competition, airing on RTL4 in The Netherlands and currently the number 1 show in the Netherlands, with increasing ratings from 1.6 to 2.8 million viewers.
One of the important premises of the show is the quality of the singing talent. Four coaches, themselves popular performing artists, train the talents in their group and occasionally perform with them. Talents are selected in blind auditions, where the coaches cannot see, but only hear the auditioner.
DJ Jean made a remix of one of the most popular contestants Ben Saunders and his version of "Use Somebody". Which was an immediate success!
Now after the TV Live shows, all the candidates showed their stage talent in 4 sold-out concerts in the Heineken Music Hall, where Jean and Ben performed together.

DJ Jean donates 1.000 euro for Serious Request 2010!
Serious Request is a yearly project by Dutch radio station 3FM in which they collect money for projects of the Red Cross. The project was first held in 2004. During the project, three DJs live in a house of glass for six days (5 days in 2004) without eating anything. The location of the house of glass changes every year. In 2010, it was located in Eindhoven. While the DJs are in the house, they play songs requested by people via the internet or directly at the glass house. While making requests, the listeners donate a certain amount of money to the project. Furthermore numerous Dutch celebrities help the project by donating money and auctioning certain items they have. The project always takes place during the week prior to Christmas. Check out this footage of Jean in the glass of house, after his gig in Eindhoven here! (footage in Dutch).
